All of these positive reviews are right on target! We recently took a cruise that embarked and disembarked in San Juan. We used Wilbert to take us from the airport to a hotel, then the hotel to the pier, then then pier to the airport. Carlos drove us each time. He was fantastic! He maintained constant contact and responded quickly. He loaded our bags into the van for us and drove responsibly.
The highest point was after our cruise. There was a long line of taxis who were waiting to pick up any passenger who wanted a ride. But since we had specifically booked Wilbert, we obviously weren't interested in the crush of other taxis. We exited the ship earlier than our reservation was due to start, texted Carlos, and he had arrived within minutes. He bypassed the entire line of other taxis in order to fetch us, ignoring their angry yells. He spoke to a pier agent in Spanish to make sure we could get into his car without delay. For that, we gave him an extra tip. Thank you Carlos!
Should we ever return to Puerto Rico, we will absolutely be using Wilbert again!

Wilbert Taxi Service provided exceptional service when we visited Puerto Rico. We were able to secure a driver who picked us up at the airport and took us to our hotel, well outside the city. The driver then helped us with our questions and was just fun to ride with. We used Wilbert’s service several times during our trip. Communication was always quick and professional. The driver was always on time and always made sure we were set before he drove off. It was the best service!

My daughter's and I used Wilbert Taxi service and they were fabulous! Driver was at airport at midnight holding sign with my name, made me feel relieved being that late and we've never been to PR. We stayed in a less tourist area and Wilbert's taxi had to drive 45 minutes to come get us for a couple excursions we planned and they were always on time and friendly. I will always use Wilbert Taxi service when I come to Puerto Rico!

Both drivers were courteous, timely, and extremely helpful, both during transit and providing guidance on San Juan and our planned cruise experience. Customer service were prompt and attentive in responding to all our questions leading into our arrival into San Juan. Would recommend highly to anyone visiting San Juan.

They go above and beyond to ensure on-time, high-quality service!
While staying in Old San Juan, Wilbert Taxi picked us up at 5:00 am!! to take us to the airport. We initially had been concerned that we wouldn't be able to catch an early flight but the team at Wilbert Taxi calmed our fears and booking online was a breeze. Eddie, our driver, was both on time and professional.
