An exceptional experience that I highly recommend! First of all, I want to thank Viviane, who took the time to respond to my request late in the evening when I was organizing this visit at the last minute before our departure from the island. Her responsiveness and kindness were greatly appreciated. Didreau was then kind enough to welcome us for a visit, even though he usually only organizes them on Saturdays. This gesture touched us deeply. As a pastry chef, I found this visit particularly enriching. Discovering all the stages of vanilla production firsthand was fascinating. I was also delighted to be able to introduce this world to my parents. We had a wonderful time in the heart of the forest, surrounded by vanilla plants, in an authentic and unspoiled setting. Didreau is truly passionate and knows how to share his knowledge with simplicity and enthusiasm. You can feel all the love he has for his craft and his farm. Congratulations on all the work accomplished, it's remarkable. Thanks again to Viviane and Didreau for their hospitality, their availability, and this wonderful moment of sharing.

A huge thank you to Didreau... An absolutely fascinating visit! We loved discovering all the secrets of vanilla cultivation, from flower to pod. The welcome was warm and the explanations were both very informative and easy to understand. It's the perfect outing for the curious and food lovers. A wonderful immersion that I highly recommend! A fascinating visit! Didreau enthusiastically shares his passion and talks not only about vanilla itself, but also about all the flora that surrounds it and contributes to its cultivation. You gain a better understanding of the work, patience, and time required for its production, which allows you to fully appreciate its value. A truly wonderful discovery, I highly recommend it!
