Amazing shuttle service. We used the shuttle service to get our guest to and from our wedding. Communication was amazing throughout the whole process. He was extremely flexible with the tight deadline we had. Our guest had nothing but amazing things to say about the ride! Highly recommend.

Iv been to Puerto Rico many times. I’m extremely lucky to have found William the last 3x iv been here iv used him both for work and for vacation. He is undoubtedly the best driver in PR. You don’t need to worry about anything at all and his prices are more than reasonable. If you don’t hire William that’s your mistake. He knows all the local spots and places to go.

If you’re on the fence about doing a private tour with Williams Transport and Tours, STOP second guessing and just book it! Ricardo is now part of my family. We absolutely loved every moment we spent with him. He is 100 percent the reason we’re coming back to Puerto Rico, and will book with him again. Pickup was timely ! Tour around areas of Puerto Rico that we’ve never been to was fantastic. We had nature, we had culture and we had fun! We’re just a small family of 3 and we felt so connected to the island. My 7 year old still asks for Ricardo- says PR was better then disney. keep an eye on weather- and communicate with Ricardo and be flexible- He will make it work !!!

bad service went on a doctor appointment after telling me he could and to confirm and he didn’t wanna go out his way but doesn’t have a appointment for a ride and no i didn’t even receive a price as stated in the reply i just got told i didn’t say confirm as i confirmed and when i did confirm he said he was busy at a doctors which could’ve been specified. Uber is the way down here! i’ll give 2 stars cause he told me a better beach to go too just not recommended to tourist

Ricardo was such a huge part of our visit to Puerto Rico. He went above and beyond to get where we needed to go and helped up book activities. We can’t talk about Puerto Rico with out mentioning Ricardo! Your biggest mistake would be to not have Ricardo as your transportation!
