The wait is extraordinary. Make sure you have nothing else to do on the day that you will take the Covid test. There is no tent provided so you have be standing in the sun. Social distance is not adhere to because people are squeezing in the little cool shade provided. It was a nightmare.
Doesn't matter how you spell out all your information, they still manage to get the information wrong !!!! Still waiting on them to send the correct information and all now. Luckily I didn't need this for travel or else i would miss my flight. Very slack service!!

The customer service was stellar from the moment that I walked in. It was everything you would expect of the household name who owns the business. Some scoundrels on bikes circling and pointing at us and our car right OUTSIDE the chain link fence of the property (in front of the office doors) terrified my mother, and spoiled my entire experience. They were nowhere in sight before we drove up.

The members of staff are very friendly, however timeliness is sometimes a challenge. Notwithstanding having a specific appointment time, be prepared to probably wait.
