We stayed at a nearby Airbnb and absolutely loved starting our mornings here for breakfast. The food quality was incredible! During our week, we tried a lot of the menu, and everything was amazing. Weeks later, as I write this, I'm still missing their fresh juices! The breakfast sandwiches were incredibly fresh - it was hard not to devour them in seconds. We also took soups to go, and they were fantastic, especially the callaloo and the potato bacon soup. They made for a tasty and economical dinner. What truly made this place special, though, was getting to know David. His passion for Barbados is infectious, and he seems like a man who has lived a thousand fascinating lives. Perfectly complemented by Kate, they created an atmosphere that felt welcoming, genuine, and memorable. We truly treasured our time here and hope to return one day.

Calm hidden gem. Come here if you want to experience an outdoor cafe. 10 minute walk from the lighthouse to the cafe through the local streets. We got sandwiches, coffees, and cake and chatted with David. Lots of handmade furniture and decor and cute animals!

What a great place! A peaceful and beautiful little spot, with shade, greenery, and lovely cactus all around. David is incredibly friendly, and both the coffee and the food are exceptional. The cookies are absolutely delicious! There are also 3 soup options every day, all of them super tasty — it’s such a pleasure to eat healthy food here. Bravo and thank you!

A hidden gem. I saw their sign while driving along Dunlow advertising their soups and finally decided to stop in. The owner was friendly and helpful in describing the menu options. Tried the Butternut Ginger which was incredibly tasty and smooth. What I really wanted to try was the Chicken Mulligatawny but it wasn't available fresh on that day however, they had one frozen which I took home and reheated. Best soup I've tasted. A delicious balance of vegetables and chicken with a curry flavour. Worth checking out if you're in the area or dropping off/picking up children at St. Gabriel's School.

So happy I found this place. I’d seen it advertised and had wanted to try for a while. Really intimate, sweet friendly find in a lovely wooded area. Kate and David are great hosts. Food was simple but so tasty. I had the white bean chicken chilli and a bacon toastie. Looking forward to coming back for a nice coffee soon.
