We received complimentary rum punch and non-alcoholic punch for my daughters at check-in. We arrived before the 3pm check-in but our rooms became available shortly after arriving at 1pm. We had a Zemi beach bag waiting for us in our rooms with written letters from the staff to welcome us to the hotel. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet since we are Diamond members. We really enjoyed having breakfast, lunch and dinner. The beach chairs, umbrellas and cabanas are first come first serve. There’s servers readily available to bring you drinks, appetizers and meals from their menus. Shoal Bay Beach with white sand beach was beautiful, no breaking waves, water temperature was perfect. Other restaurants options available only a small walk from the beach. We weren’t able to use the complimentary Kayaks due to windy conditions but they also have snorkeling gear, sun block and cooling gel that are complimentary. You can get all the VIP experience with concierge, even a drone show with a few days in advance notification, yachts, private jet. The hotel staff can get what you need.

The best hotel in Anguilla. From being welcomed with a delicious rum punch to the beautiful rooms. I will forever sing this hotel’s praises. All of the ladies at the front desk were amazing, personable, and kind. Honorable mention to Venesha, as she was there day and night and morning. While there from 6-6:30pm, there was a Manager’s Social where they served complimentary wine and rum punch, and they also had a chance to meet the management staff. My favorite bartender was Tracey; she was very kind and made delicious drinks. The bar manager Alfonso was sweet as well and made a bomb rum punch too! If you go, tell them Brittany sent you!

Our stay at Zemi Beach House was nothing short of incredible. My husband and I chose it for our honeymoon, and from the moment we arrived, the level of customer service truly set it apart. Every single staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay special. It never felt forced—just consistently thoughtful, personalized care that made us feel celebrated the entire time. We were also lucky enough to be upgraded upon arrival, which made the experience even more unforgettable. The team went above and beyond in ways both big and small, always anticipating our needs and making sure every detail was perfect. One of the highlights of the trip was the Zemi Thai House Spa. The facilities are absolutely stunning and create such a peaceful, unique atmosphere. I treated myself to a massage, and it was truly one of the best I’ve ever had—relaxing, rejuvenating, and the perfect addition to an already amazing stay. The property itself is breathtaking, with gorgeous views of Shoal Bay and a serene, luxurious feel. While the hotel is a bit further from many of the island’s restaurants, we rented a car and absolutely loved exploring Anguilla. It gave us the chance to experience so much more of the island, and honestly, we wouldn’t have chosen a different location because of it. Coming back to Zemi at the end of each day felt like returning to our own private oasis. This was the perfect place to celebrate our honeymoon, and we couldn’t recommend it more highly. We’re already dreaming about our next visit!

5 stars across the board. If you are considering Zemi Beach House for your vacation, look no further. My husband and I have traveled to many islands and stayed at very nice hotels, but Zemi is in our top 3. It is a boutique hotel so not super crowded (even though it was at capacity but we never felt it), there are PLENTY of seating options everywhere including the beach and pool. The food here was top notch I didn't have anything I did not like. I loved how walkable the hotel is, if you are down at the pool and need to run back to the room, its just mins away. The spa is to die for we both had incredible 5 senses massage and would do it again in a heartbeat. Pro tip they serve coffee in the lounge in the morning!

Zemi Beach Resort has a gorgeous beach and excellent beach service that truly enhance the experience. The beach staff are A+. However, the management was disappointing. During breakfast at 20 Knots, we waited 45 minutes for our food in an uncrowded restaurant. When we asked Manager Frabeeze for an update, we were informed that the buffet was prioritized over à la carte orders. It was disheartening to see another guest, who arrived after us, served three omelets before we even received our cold meals. Service was lacking overall, with no one refilling our water glasses or checking on us. The room was fine, but half the electrical outlets didn’t work, and we had a leaking toilet. Additionally, it took four hours for our bags to be delivered upon arrival. The resort’s location also means an $80 round trip to decent restaurants, which is quite steep. In summary, while the beach is stunning, the service and management issues detract from the experience. This resort does not meet the expectations of a five-star establishment, and I likely won’t return.
