This is the worst carsharing app experience I have ever had. Has GPS signal issues, car does not close when you are at the parking spot as you need to wait several minutes for GPS signal to detect your car place( I am using Iphone 13, so should not have GPS problems caused by phone) and accrue hourly money for that every minute it is waiting for GPS signal about 16KYD per minute. It has wrong fee calculation when you are using bundle packages. When you are asking for credits refund, you do not usually receive it within several days. There are not too many spots you can leave your car. 2 stars only for good condition audi cars and helpful call operator, otherwise I would mark it as 1.

Just download the app and you can sign up to borrow cars anytime just using the app. Very convenient and the cars are great!
